At the Real Estate Institute, we believe that developing professionals and building careers is a crucial part of the real estate industry. For over 40 years, we have been meeting the evolving needs of Long Island real estate professionals and the industry they serve. Education and Student Workshops

The Real Estate Institute offers and teaches the Undergraduate course, "Introduction to Real Estate Finance" (BUS 333). This course is designed to give students a comprehensive understanding of the principles of real estate finance, including the various types of real estate investments, the financial analysis of real estate, and the sources and methods of real estate finance.

Additionally, we offer various workshops and seminars throughout the year, focusing on different aspects of the real estate industry. These workshops provide students with the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and network with their peers.
