At Greater Chattanooga REALTORS, we are the voice for real estate in Greater Chattanooga, serving Hamilton and Sequatchie counties in southeast Tennessee and Catoosa, Dade, and Walker counties in northwest Georgia. Founded in 1912, our regional organization has grown to over 2,700 members, making us one of the largest and most prominent real estate associations in the country.

Our Mission and Vision

Our mission is to promote the highest ethical and professional standards and cooperation among our members, providing products, programs, and services to meet the evolving needs of the real estate industry and consumers, while advocating for private property rights and community involvement. Our vision is to be the voice for real estate in Greater Chattanooga, guiding our members to achieve excellence in their profession and providing exceptional service to our community.

Our Services

As a comprehensive real estate association, we offer a wide range of services to our members and consumers. Our Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is one of approximately 600 MLSs in the country, serving over 3,000 MLS users. We provide education and training programs, including ethics training, leadership academy, and designation courses. Our members also have access to exclusive discounts and subscriptions, as well as resources for commercial property, schools, and zoning. Additionally, we offer advocacy and community partnerships, including Habitat for Humanity and Snack Packs programs.

Our Members

Our members are the backbone of our organization, consisting of REALTORS servicing the Greater Chattanooga area and specializing in various disciplines, including appraisal, commercial, industrial, land, multi-family, property management, and residential. We also have Affiliate members, representing related industries, such as mortgage lenders, home inspectors, title and closing services, pest inspection and control, and insurance.
