Who We Are

Founded in 2013 by our President & CEO, Ali Mahmoudi, Creative Commercial Group addresses a significant gap in the commercial real estate industry. With a notable career at some of the largest commercial real estate banks, Ali saw an opportunity to provide a higher level of service and access to more competitive loan programs for middle-market commercial real estate investors, who had traditionally been underserved by the larger institutional clients.

Our experienced professionals have the expertise, contacts, and reputation for customer service necessary to provide the best guidance and loan options for our clients. Led by our experienced President & CEO, Ali Mahmoudi, our team includes Susie Kessinger, SVP of Sales; Kim Broback, Head of Marketing; Spiro Hishmeh, VP of North America Sales/Broker; and Alex Khodadad, CPA CFO.
