Mercer Hughes came through again! Larry Mercer worked with us in the sale of our first home (2021) and Jeremy Adams helped us with the second one (2024). I can't say enough about the knowledge and professionalism they bring to the table. Jeremy kept in touch with us throughout the entire process. Walking us through some minor hurdles and explaining everything.

I have used Mercer Hughes to buy, sell, and manage my rentals. Brooke Peterman has helped me to buy multiple homes. Those homes are now managed by Josie Lance and her team. Sarah Maxwell and Jake Peterman have helped me to sell a number of homes over the last few years. Dedra Hughes has helped me to complete multiple renovations. I appreciate their good communication.

Sarah Maxwell helped us sell our first house in Adel, GA and it was an outstanding experience! We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell property in the area. She was attentive, knowledgeable, & pleasant to work with! She made the selling process easy for us even though we'd already moved out of state and weren't there in person.

Larry Mercer was an awesome realtor! He made his schedule extremely flexible for me, and he was able to show me all around Valdosta the weekend I visited. Even while I was not present in Valdosta, he was able to facetime me other houses I was interested in. He is extremely honest in his evaluation of houses and really looks out for your best interests. I would recommend him to anyone moving to the area.

Larry Mercer was recommended to us by military friends who had just sold their home in the Valdosta area. We are also in the military but lived out of state and needed a reliable real estate agent. Larry was the ideal person for this job who went above and beyond the basic realtor duties. Words cant describe how unbelievably knowledgeable and helpful Larry Mercer was throughout our first home buying experience. He went above and beyond from first contact with him until well after the sale making sure everything went smooth. We purchased our home sight unseen and he continuously made us feel comfortable by giving us constant updates and working long after his office hours and visited the property frequently to make sure everything was being done perfectly. I live in Florida. Dedra Hughes sold my property in Barney Georgia in less than two weeks of being listed. She is very motivated and knowledgeable. The Realtor's Realtor. I am a real estate broker and home builder, but when I had to sell a challenging property that had been abused by tenants for several years, I called Dedra Hughes. Within two weeks of the tenant leaving the house a wreck she managed her extensive, highly skilled construction network to transform the home into a showcase property. Dedra was instrumental in selling our house! She helped us navigate a multitude of tiny vexing situations that continued to arise during the selling process and did it with a smile and a positive "we've got this" attitude. When we were worried Dedra was there to reassure us, when we were uncertain she was there to calm our fears, and when we received a back up offer she was there to negotiate the back up offer as well. There is NOTHING that Dedra cannot handle! I hope we never have to move from our current home but if we do Dedra will be my first call!
