Our History
Sublet.com was born out of a personal experience when the company's founder, a student at Columbia Business School, had to sublet his apartment for the summer. He started by posting "sublet wanted" notices and was surprised to find that he was able to sublet his apartment in just two days. This experience sparked the idea to create an online marketplace where people could easily find and rent properties. Today, Sublet.com is a division of Nestpick, Inc., a leading online rental marketplace.
