Client Guarantee
At East Coast Real Estate Group LLC, we're confident in our services. If you're not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days, we'll cancel our agreement and professionally close out your account within 60 days. Any outstanding invoices or fees will still be due, with no termination fee.
Lease Guarantee
If the prior resident was placed by East Coast Real Estate Group LLC and did not serve out the initial six (6) months of the original lease agreement, we won't charge a Tenant Procurement commission to place a new resident.
Pet Guarantee
We're one of the few property management companies that provides an actual guarantee against pet damage! If pets are approved, the resident will pay a small Pet Administrative Fee every month to us. We use these fees to cover our costs of administering the program and getting repairs done on your property. This guarantee covers up to $1,000 in damage above and beyond what the security deposit covers.
HVAC Preventative Maintenance
We've partnered with a 3rd Party Vendor to provide an HVAC Preventative Maintenance Service. We deliver HVAC filters to the property approximately every sixty (60) days. The cost of this program is paid by the resident, and any associated revenue will be retained by us, which will cover our costs in purchasing and delivering the a/c filter(s) directly to each property.
