The apartment complex has a sense of community, with separated/short buildings and a central gym/pool. It's also possible to bring friends over for gatherings at the clubhouse.
Problems and Issues
Unfortunately, there have been several issues reported by tenants. Some have experienced delayed responses to maintenance requests, with promised repairs taking weeks or even months to complete. There have also been reported incidents of racial profiling and harassment by maintenance staff.
