Since 1984, our mission has been to provide our students with the best possible pre-license education in the field of real estate. We are committed to thoroughly preparing our students to pass the state exam and succeed in their real estate careers. We offer a flexible, self-paced, self-study, and lecture course that meets the 120-hour pre-licensing education requirement set by the state of Utah.
Our Courses
Our real estate courses are designed to meet the unique needs of our students. We offer a full real estate course that covers all the necessary topics to get you started in your real estate career. For out-of-state agents moving to Utah, we provide a Utah Law Course that meets the 24-hour pre-licensing education requirement. Our courses are flexible and self-paced, allowing you to complete the coursework at your own speed.
Curriculum Overview
Our comprehensive pre-licensing course is designed to prepare you for success in the real estate industry. The course consists of 43 lessons, available online or in person, and can be completed in as little as 15 days. We also offer optional live lectures on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:15 PM to 7:20 PM, designed to suit your unique learning style and schedule.
Textbooks and Tuition
Our comprehensive pre-licensing course is priced at just $399, which includes textbooks. You have the option to have the physical books shipped to your doorstep or conveniently pick them up at our office.
