Living Experience
The living experience at Aquatic was described as a mix of both positive and negative experiences. Some residents praised the quality of the apartments, new appliances, and cleanliness, while others reported issues with broken pipes, flooding, and constant water shut-offs.
Management and Staff
The management and staff received mixed reviews. Some residents praised the kindness and responsiveness of certain staff members, such as Lexi, Jack, and Gerlynn, while others reported negative experiences with management, including hostility and rudeness from the manager, Sheree.

The amenities and location of the apartments were generally praised, with residents enjoying the fitness center, rooftop BBQ areas, and convenient location near campus and public transportation.
