Overall Experience
The majority of residents have had positive experiences living at Wood Lee Arms, praising the friendly and helpful staff, excellent maintenance, and amenities such as included utilities and free parking. However, some residents have had issues with maintenance, security deposits, and rodent problems.
Staff and Management
Resident Tiana Howard had a great meeting with the new manager Taahira, praising her helpfulness. Frank Zhang's issue with security deposits was eventually resolved, and Catherine Mcatee appreciated the assistance she received during her move-in process. Adam Landsman commended Mr. Branford on-site staff for being caring and responsive.
Maintenance and Amenities
Frank Zhang's issues with maintenance were eventually resolved, and Alicia Tocto praised Ezra from maintenance for taking care of her air conditioning unit. Enk Naran reported minor issues, which were resolved fairly quickly. However, Head Clanka's review mentioned that maintenance was "eh", and Roger Morrales reported rodent problems.
Location and Community
Adam Landsman praised the location's proximity to DC, parks, and transportation. Alicia Tocto appreciated the walking distance to restaurants. However, Roger Morrales noted that the elevator was small and smelly.
