Pet and Parking Policies
We understand the importance of having your furry friends by your side. At Woodland Trails, we welcome two pets per apartment home, with a pet rent of $35.00 per month per pet and a non-refundable pet fee of $500 per pet. Additionally, we offer on-site parking for our residents, with a variety of parking options available.
