Apartment Complex Issues and Maintenance
The apartments have several issues with maintenance and quality of construction. The property lacks proper maintenance, with peeling and cracked paint, drywall seams exposed, and mailboxes without outgoing slots. The trash dumpsters sit in the parking lot without enclosures. The units have sloppily painted walls with drywall tape and cabinets and drawers cracked and peeling. The pest infestation is severe, with German cockroaches in the walls, and the pest control contractor recommended vacating the entire building to treat the structure.
Building Conditions
The buildings are too close together, allowing neighbors' conversations to be easily heard. The patios are not private, and the fitness center is outdated. The kitchen's appliances are poorly maintained, and the refrigerators lack ice makers. The laundry facilities are also in poor condition, with a low ceiling and a shower head that is below eye level. The bathroom has a small tub and shower with a low ceiling.
Resident Satisfaction
While some residents are satisfied with their experience, several issues have been raised. Some residents have experienced pest infestations, while others have had issues with the property management and maintenance staff. One resident had to deal with fleas and rodents in their apartment.
