Poorly Managed Community
Crystal Mazuera's review highlights the poor management of the community at Via Tuscany Apartments. According to Mazuera, management is inexperienced, unresponsive, and neglects to address maintenance issues in a timely manner. The reviewer experienced a year-long issue with a leaky ceiling causing water damage and mold growth, which was only partially addressed. Additionally, maintenance requests are often ignored, and the management staff is uncooperative and hostile.
Positive Experiences
On the other hand, many residents had positive experiences with the maintenance team, particularly Fernando, Rick, and Jesse. They responded quickly to maintenance requests, fixed issues efficiently, and provided excellent customer service. Residents appreciated their professionalism and friendliness.
