Our story began in 2007 when Lee Island Coast Real Estate, Inc was established. As an independent real estate company, CornerStone Coastal Properties was launched in 2014. Our founders, David Cole and Jenny Moorhead, have a deep understanding of the real estate market and have led major real estate organizations throughout southwest Florida. They are known for their visionary approach to the industry and their passion for raising the bar.
