Noise and Maintenance Issues
Reviewers have reported numerous issues with noise levels and maintenance in the apartments. Author Inna Joy Golovanov complained about loud noises from cars outside and thin walls that allowed them to hear their neighbors' footsteps and conversations. Another reviewer, Eric Cartman, described the floors and walls as "EXTREMELY thin and hollow" that made it impossible to have a quiet environment.
On the maintenance front, several reviewers mentioned issues with their appliances, including a washer and dryer that were not functioning properly. Author Inna Joy Golovanov also reported that the air conditioning unit in the third bedroom was not working effectively.
