Many residents have highlighted the excellent service provided by the property manager, Shanee. She is described as prompt, helpful, and professional in answering questions and addressing concerns. The community also praises the leasing staff for providing world-class customer service and making the process of moving in and out of the property stress-free.

Pest Control Issues
However, a few residents have experienced pest control issues, such as roaches and mice. One resident had to deal with these problems despite pest control services being called in. Another resident reported that the pest control services only did the bare minimum, leading to ongoing issues.
