Communication and Service
Some customers have had negative experiences with the company's communication and service. Caroline Randolph's experience was particularly disturbing, describing her as "almost traumatized" due to a long delay in resolving a plumbing issue at her rented property. She felt that her concerns were dismissed and that the company was more interested in saving money than fixing the problem.
