Via Ventura has a poor management company, Fusion, which prioritizes profits over tenant welfare. They engage in questionable practices, including excessive fees and rent increases, and have a history of illegal activities, with an ongoing lawsuit against them. Tenants have reported numerous issues with the management company, including mismanagement of funds, poor maintenance, and neglect of major repairs.
Living Conditions
The apartments themselves are old, with original pipes from the 1970s that are prone to leaks and noisy. The rental internet and TV services are provided by Spectrum, which has poor customer service. The Wi-Fi routers issued to tenants emit harmful levels of electromagnetic radiation, exacerbating health issues. The noise pollution from the leaf blowing and lawn maintenance companies is a significant concern for residents.

Visitors to the complex often face harassment and intimidation from neighbors and management over parking issues. The lack of designated parking spots and strict enforcement of parking rules lead to conflicts between residents and visitors.
