Our pet-friendly community welcomes pets up to 45 pounds, with a maximum of one pet per home. We also require a non-refundable pet fee of $250 and a monthly pet rent of $35 for cats and $45 for dogs.

Apartment Complex Experience
Noise Complaints
The biggest concern mentioned by multiple reviewers is the lack of soundproofing in the apartments. Residents can hear everything from neighbors closing cupboards to microwave beeps, making it difficult to enjoy living rooms, offices, and dining rooms.
Poor Maintenance and Broken Amenities
Several reviewers mentioned that amenities such as the pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and game room are either broken or not functioning properly. Additionally, the game room TV lacks a remote control, and the fuzball table is broken.
Rude Staff and Discrimination
Some reviewers experienced rude behavior from the manager, including discrimination against children. Others mentioned that the office staff can be unhelpful and unresponsive to concerns.
Positive Experiences
On the other hand, some reviewers praised the leasing manager, Jerusalem, for being professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. The property itself is nicely maintained, and the attached garages are convenient.
