Voke Lofts is a former vocational school that has been meticulously restored to maintain its rich history and architectural charm. Our community boasts one, two, and three-bedroom apartment homes, many with dens, that are designed to provide a comfortable and spacious living space. Each residence features premium finishes, wide-open spaces, and modern amenities that will make you feel right at home.

Our community offers an array of luxurious amenities that cater to your every need. From our 24-hour emergency maintenance team to our fitness center and game room, we strive to provide an exceptional living experience. Our residents also enjoy access to our community park, tot lot, and Wi-Fi lounge, making it easy to stay connected and entertained. Additionally, our community is pet-friendly and has no weight limit for your furry friends.
Pet Policy
We welcome your furry friends to our community! Our pet policy allows two pets per apartment home, with no weight limit. The monthly pet rent is $35 for cats and $75 for dogs. Breed restrictions apply, and spaying/neutering is required. For more information, please contact our leasing office.
Parking
Onsite parking is available for a monthly fee of $50. Please contact our leasing office for more parking information.
Leasing Office
Our leasing office is open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and by appointment only on Saturday. We are closed on Sundays.
