Issues with Maintenance and Responsiveness
Several reviewers have expressed dissatisfaction with the maintenance and responsiveness of the apartment complex. For example, Brittany Leigh reported finding black mold growing in her apartment and stated that her requests for repairs were ignored. Tonee Crysette noted that the maintenance was terrible and that the electrical problems were unresolved. Kevnct mentioned that the complex only cares about collecting rent money and doesn't fix anything, leaving him to fix issues himself.
Positive Reviews
On the other hand, many reviewers have praised the apartment complex and its staff. Asalethia Tribble praised the office staff, particularly Mrs. Shawnee, who helped her find an apartment. Tonee Crysette and Vanessa Ugartechea both praised Ms. Shawnee's kindness and attentiveness to her tenants. ITezeractTtv mentioned that the office staff is friendly and professional, and Lindsay Diaz noted that the community seems well-maintained and safe. Problems with Tenants
