Pet Policy
At Orange Creek Apartment Homes, we love our furry friends! We welcome both cats and dogs under 35 pounds and allow one dog and one cat or two cats in each apartment home. Please note that we have breed restrictions and a $500 pet deposit and $35 monthly pet rent per cat or dog. Maximum of two pets per apartment home.
