Issues with Management
Some residents have expressed frustration with the management team, citing issues with communication and responsiveness. Crystal Alamillo, for example, was upset that the management team continued to charge rent despite the fact that the apartments were not yet habitable due to infrastructure issues. Brittney Loe-Casey Hill also expressed dissatisfaction, stating that the management team did not fix issues with pests and maintenance.
