Our spacious apartment homes are designed with your comfort and style in mind. Each unit features high-quality, full-size stainless steel appliances, large walk-in closets, and full-size washer/dryer sets. We also offer designer color schemes, vaulted ceilings, and covered parking. And, with our pet-friendly policy, you can bring your furry friend along for the ride.
Pet Policy
At Argenta Flats, we love animals and welcome pets to our community. We allow two pets per apartment, with a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet. We also charge $20 per pet per month in addition to the agreed-upon rental rate. By allowing pets, we want to create a welcoming environment for all our residents, whether they're two-legged or four-legged.
