Installation and Maintenance
The installation of shower heads and kitchen faucets was excellent, with Dan and Nick C providing great work. The supervisor, Angelo, ensured everything was done to perfection. Great team, including Neha Montgomery from the office, ensured everything ran smoothly.
Apartment Complex Issues
Unfortunately, some residents have had issues with the apartment complex. Hylan Hoffman and Jane Barooah had terrible experiences. They faced issues with pests, poor management, and unresponsive staff. Emmet Costen's review highlighted the lack of emergency maintenance and no response to maintenance requests. He also reported package theft and no installation of security cameras in the package area.
Location and Amenities
Maria F. had an amazing experience exploring the community. She enjoyed the spacious outdoor seating, pool, fire pit, indoor movie theater, fitness room, and rich history. Emmet Costen appreciated the location near the train and walkable distance to downtown. He also liked the beautiful and spacious pet-friendly apartments.
Communication and Pricing
Unfortunately, some residents faced issues with communication and pricing. Emmet Costen mentioned that the price increased rapidly, and some residents received bills for incorrect amounts. Jane Barooah reported delayed responses to her emails.
