Low-Rise Apartments: A Mixed Bag of Experiences
The reviews of this apartment complex are quite varied, with some residents expressing satisfaction with the renovations and others feeling let down by maintenance issues and a decline in living conditions.
One reviewer, Queen Cherry, was thoroughly unhappy with the state of the apartments, citing dirty hallways, broken infrastructure, and a lack of maintenance. They referenced the COVID-19 pandemic as a potential catalyst for the decline.
On the other end of the spectrum, some reviewers praised the renovations and the complex's location. Vickie Bryant and Kawee Egerson both gave the complex 5-star reviews, with Egerson specifically mentioning the beauty of their one-bedroom apartment.
However, not all reviewers were pleased. Westcoast Dreaming was unhappy with the state of the building, citing a perpetual odor of weed, dirty conditions, and poor maintenance. Claudia M. Ulrich Williams also gave the complex 1 star, describing it as "old and run down".
