Poor Customer Service and Maintenance Issues
The residents of The Valley Apartments have consistently expressed disappointment with the service they receive. One reviewer, Shikha Rana Balrajputana, gave the apartment a 1-star rating and mentioned that the service is very worst, with no one taking calls on time and never reaching the office on time. Trevor S. had a particularly egregious experience, reporting finding termite maggots falling from his ceiling and cockroaches infesting his apartment, but the management failed to respond promptly.
