We are just steps away from the Arnelle Avenue Trolley Station and minutes away from the 8, 52, and 67 freeways. Pet-Friendly
We welcome pets in our community. We permit up to two pets per apartment home. We accept cats and dogs, up to 25 pounds, and no taller than 18 inches at the shoulder. An additional deposit of $350 for cats and $500 for dogs applies. Pet rent is $35 per pet. Breed restrictions apply. Please refer to our applicant criteria for additional details.
Service Providers
We are a Cox Communications "Quick Connect" property. In most cases, a modem is preinstalled in your apartment. To sign up for service, simply scan a QR code or visit the quick connect website to activate internet service on your day of move-in. You will also have the option to sign up for telephone and/or cable television service at the same time. Other service providers may also be available; ask your leasing professional for additional details when you call or visit.
