Location and Accommodations
The condos managed by Apex Properties are located in excellent locations, making it convenient for guests to access nearby attractions. The properties themselves are also described as very nice and well-maintained.
Air Conditioning Issues
However, one guest experienced issues with the air conditioning in their condo, which was not working upon arrival. Although the issue was eventually addressed, it caused discomfort for the guests, particularly in the loft area.
Customer Service
Some guests praised the customer service provided by Apex Properties, describing the staff as responsive, informative, and courteous. However, others had negative experiences, citing rude and condescending behavior from the reservation specialists.
Cancellation and Overbooking Issues
Some guests experienced issues with cancellations and overbooking, resulting in last-minute changes to their reservations. In one case, a guest's reservation was cancelled two months prior to arrival, causing inconvenience and financial loss.
