The worst experiences at this apartment complex are highlighted by Fly Kid, who had to repeatedly visit the office to report issues that were never addressed. The maintenance team was unprofessional, and the office staff was unresponsive to phone calls. Duck Win also had a terrible experience, citing a high turnover rate among the staff, long wait times for maintenance, and uncontrolled parties at the pool. Safety was a major concern, with frequent police visits and poor lighting at night.
