Pet Policy
At Fourth Street Apartments, we consider it a privilege to permit tenants to keep animals on the premises. We allow both cats and dogs, with a weight limit of 35 lbs. each. There is an additional deposit and monthly rent for each animal, and no more than two animals are permitted in any unit. We have breed restrictions in place for the safety and comfort of all of our residents.
