Additionally, we partner with international websites to post our clients' advertisements and attract tenants from around the world.
Rent Collection and Payment
Rent is due on the first of the month, with a 5-day grace period before late fees are applied. We then contact the tenant and send a five-day notice to become current. If the rent remains unpaid, we will initiate the eviction process.
Inspections and Maintenance
Our trained inspectors conduct thorough inspections of properties, providing written reports to our clients. We also have a team of licensed and insured vendors who have been with us for over 10 years, providing top-quality work at reasonable prices.
Tenant Screening
