Each apartment features an open floor plan, perfect for entertaining or relaxing with family and friends.

Floor Plans and Pricing
Our apartments offer a range of floor plans to suit your needs. Our 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartments feature an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and a private deck. Our rates are competitive, with two lease options to choose from: a 1-year lease at $950.00 per month or a 6-month lease at $975.00 per month. Both lease options require a security deposit of $400.00 and an application fee of $35.00.
Pet-Friendly Living
We welcome pets under 40 pounds and have a pet fee of $300.00 for one pet and $150.00 for an additional pet. Some restrictions apply, so please contact us to learn more.
Rental Application and Lease Terms
We are excited to have you as a resident! To solidify your tenancy, please download and complete our rental application form. Our application fee is $35.00 per applicant, and the security deposit is $400.00 (up to $350.00 refundable after move-out, depending on damages). We also offer a 6-month lease term option for an additional $125.00 per month.
