Poor Experience with Voicemail and Customer Service
The reviewer, Ryan Mathis, had a disappointing experience with the property renting process. According to Ryan, one phone number listed on the website went straight to voicemail, indicating that it was not a valid contact number. The second number Ryan found online led to a representative named Angela, who seemed uninterested and reluctant to assist him.
Lack of Availability and Uncooperative Representative
ryan reported that Angela was unhelpful and didn't take any information from him. Ryan had to explicitly ask her to take down his name, number, and request that the property owner be notified of his interest in renting the property. Angela's behavior was seen as pushing Ryan off the phone, making the experience "brutal".
