Overview
The reviews for this apartment complex are overwhelmingly negative, citing issues with noise, parking, and management. Residents express frustration with the high cost of living, poor maintenance, and lack of response to complaints.
Noise and Disturbances
Two reviewers mention the loud neighborhood, with one referencing a nearby cucaroges factory. Another reviewer notes that the apartment is located near a busy area, making it difficult to enjoy the outdoor space. Additionally, Aaron Smith highlights the noise from neighbors, mentioning a balcony turned storage unit and clothes drying line.
Parking Issues
All reviewers except for Jon Gerber mention the lack of parking or guaranteed parking not available to tenants. Jon Gerber specifically states that they have had parking problems for years but have done nothing to fix the issues. Omar Talamantes reinforces this point, mentioning the high rent increases.
Rent and Lease Issues
Omar Talamantes shares his experience of having rent increased by $800 when trying to switch from a lease to a month-to-month arrangement. This, combined with high initial rents, creates frustration among residents.
Management and Maintenance
The reviewers seem to have low expectations from management, with Jon Gerber stating that they have done nothing to address ongoing parking issues. Omar Talamantes mentions the same lack of response to complaints about noise neighbors.
