At McComber Creek Apartment Homes, we offer four spacious floor plans with studios and one and two bedroom apartments for rent. Each apartment features air conditioning, plush carpeting, outdoor storage closets, and a personal balcony or patio for relaxation. Cooking high-quality meals is more accessible in a kitchen with a dishwasher and a breakfast bar. Select apartments include dual master suites, hardwood-style flooring, large walk-in closets, and mirrored closet doors.

- Plan A: Studio apartment with 550 square feet, available for $_______ rent and a $1000 deposit.
- Plan B: 1 bedroom apartment with 703 square feet, available for $2195-$2345 rent and a $1000 deposit.
- Plan C: 2 bedroom apartment with 917 square feet, available for $_______ rent and a $1000 deposit.
- Plan D: 2 bedroom apartment with 970 square feet, available for $_______ rent and a $1000 deposit.

Disappointing Experience with Management
Many residents have expressed frustration with the management team at this apartment complex. Reviews have mentioned that the management is unresponsive, uncooperative, and even threatening. Author Rick Yoo had his review deleted by management, and several others have reported difficulty getting help with issues or having their concerns addressed.
Lack of Transparency and Misleading Practices
Several reviewers have shared experiences where they were misled about the condition of the apartment or unfairly charged for damages. Author Jay Paine reported that they were charged for normal wear and tear and repairs that were never done. Similarly, Author Jennifer Banas mentioned that the new management company takes the entire deposit and charges for unnecessary repairs.
Maintenance and Amenities
While some reviewers have noted that the maintenance team is friendly and efficient, others have reported issues with maintenance requests being ignored or taking a long time to resolve. The apartment complex does offer some amenities, such as a gym, TV area, and dry sauna, but these may not be enough to outweigh the drawbacks of poor management.
Location and Community
Some reviewers have praised the location, citing its proximity to public transportation and amenities. Author Chae-Yeong Park highlighted the quiet and peaceful atmosphere, while Author Anthony Cazares appreciated the street parking and peaceful creek nearby. However, other reviewers have mentioned issues with noise and unwanted visitors.
Pest Control and Maintenance
Unfortunately, several reviewers have reported pest control issues, including large roaches, ants, and termites. Author Echo Crafty mentioned that they had to deal with water bugs for years, while Author Crystal Mscrys reported occasional issues with massive street roaches.
