Our Florence floor plan is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment with 728 square feet of living space. The Lexington floor plan is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment with 738 square feet of living space. Our two-bedroom, one-bathroom Charleston floor plan offers 1,043 square feet of living space. The Columbia floor plan is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with 1,166 square feet of living space. Our three-bedroom, two-bathroom St. Andrew floor plan offers 1,325 square feet of living space.

Each of our homes features central heating and air conditioning, appliance-filled kitchens, washer and dryer connections, walk-in closets, wood-style flooring, and open-concept living spaces.
