Incompetent Contractor
The author, Nick Concklin, had a terrible experience with a contractor, M. Buist. The contractor left horizontal cellar doors open, allowing snow and rain to enter, claiming he couldn't find the basement door on the first floor level. This incompetent behavior continued when he left the garage door open, claiming it was broken, despite the door opening for him.
Unprofessionalism
The author described the contractor as unprofessional and his lack of professionalism will be reported to the state boards. The appraisal was also found to be erroneous, filled with data mismanagement, and the author would not be surprised if the contractor is out of business by the summer.
Overall Negative Experience
The author would not recommend using M. Buist and would give him 0/5 if possible. The author's scathing review aims to warn others about the contractor's unprofessionalism and incompetence.
